First steps until you open your studio

You open your studio with one click on "Jetzt eröffnen" as soon as six things are in place: a confirmed email address, a complete legal notice, a contact email, terms and conditions, a privacy policy and at least one price. Your first class and your payout account are recommended, but not required.

Where can I see what is still missing?

Your dashboard shows the card "Erste Schritte". It lists the steps until you open, with a progress bar. Every open step has a link that takes you straight to the right page. You can collapse or hide the card.

What must be in place before I open?

These details are required. As long as one is missing, the open button stays locked, and you can look at the preview of your page instead.

1. Confirm your email. After signing up you receive an email with a confirmation link.
2. Address and contact. The legal notice details and the contact email of your studio. Your legal notice is created automatically from the address and contact details.
3. Legal texts. You maintain your terms and conditions and privacy policy under Einstellungen › Rechtstexte. Both must be filled in.
4. At least one price. Without a price your customers cannot book anything. You create prices under Verkauf › Preise.

What is recommended but not required?

Two more steps are on the card, but they do not hold up the opening:

• Create your first class. Only once there is a date in the calendar is there something to book.
• Set up a payout account. So that your customers' money goes straight to you. More in "Payouts and fees".

What happens after I open?

Your page is visible to everyone. The card then shows two more suggestions: book your first class yourself, so you experience the process like your customers, and invite your team.
