Your income goes straight to your own Stripe account and from there to your bank account. Flowira adds nothing to the Stripe fees. To make that work, you set up a payout account once.

How do I set up my payout account?

1. Open Einstellungen › Auszahlungen.
2. Click "Auszahlungskonto einrichten". It takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Stripe asks for the required details one after another. You can pause at any time and continue later, your progress is saved.

Your details go directly to our payment partner Stripe. Flowira does not store any ID or bank data. Along the way Stripe asks you once to confirm with a code. This protects your account. No Stripe account yet? No problem, Stripe creates one for you along the way.

What does a payment cost me?

You pay Stripe's fee, with no surcharge from Flowira. The Stripe account belongs to you, and the fee is charged there. The exact amount depends on the payment method and is listed by Stripe.

How do my costs compare with Eversports?

The calculator compares the monthly licence. Enter the number of your bookings per month:

Zahlungsanbieter-Gebühren kommen auf beiden Seiten obendrauf. Bei Flowira zahlst du nur die Stripe-Gebühr ohne Aufschlag, zum Beispiel 1,5 % + 0,25 € pro Standard-Karte aus dem EWR.

What must be done before my participants can pay online?

Online payment only works once four things are right:

• Company, owner and address are complete.
• Your tax number is on file.
• Your payout account is active.
• Terms and conditions and privacy policy are on file.

You enter the first two under Einstellungen › Rechnung & Steuer and the legal texts under Einstellungen › Rechtstexte. On the page Einstellungen › Auszahlungen the card "Online-Zahlung: Pflichtangaben" shows what is still missing.

What do the notes about my payout account mean?

• In progress: You are still in the middle of the setup with Stripe.
• Action needed: Stripe still needs details from you. Add them so that payments and payouts keep running. Stripe shows what it is about in the note at the top of the back office and in the "Account" tab.
• Payouts paused: Payments already work, payouts start as soon as Stripe has checked your bank details. In the "Payouts" tab you can see what is still missing.
• Active: Your income goes directly to you. You manage the payout schedule, bank details, fees and receipts on this page. You still make refunds and cancellations in Flowira.
